package.json, Cargo.toml and tauri.conf.json all said 0.1.0 because three
scaffolds said so and nothing ever changed them. The database is complete and
the thing is in use, so 1.0.0, in all three plus both lockfiles.
A changelog, starting now. It records that the working notes moved to the wiki
and that this repository's history was not rewritten -- the CLAUDE.md was
untracked, so there was never anything in the history to remove.

Pulls items/perks/buffs/skills CSVs and command docs from
pryans/kcd2-cheat, parses the mod's CSV dialect (backslash-escaped
commas, multiline quoted fields) and BBCode command docs into
vendored JSON under src/data/.
