Fix table layout in translated READMEs

Merge two table cells into a single row in multiple translated README files to correct the features table layout (combine "Generic mode" and "Localization in 14 languages"). Affected files: readme-translations/README.{ar,de,es,fr,hi,id,it,ja,pl,pt,ru,tr,zh}. Improves consistency and readability across translations.
