Add Concurrent Connections note to README
Document the new Concurrent Connections setting: explains that downloads can use multiple fragments concurrently to increase speed, where to find it (Download Settings → General → Concurrent Connections), the default value (1), and a recommended maximum (8–10) to avoid IP limiting.
