Add Indonesian localization and update language support

Introduces Indonesian translations by adding languages/id.json and updating all language files to include 'indonesian' in the language selection. Updates format table color logic in ytsage_gui_format_table.py to recognize Indonesian quality terms. Also updates ytsage_localization.py to include Indonesian in the default language list.
