Document Generic Mode and add Sponsor section

Update README to document the new Optional Generic Mode: add a feature note, usage steps, troubleshooting notes (yt-dlp dependency, cookies/proxies), and a mention in Advanced Options and the features table. Also add a Sponsor anchor, nav link, and badge to the top navigation and About references. (Documentation-only changes)
