Subject: [PATCH] Add instructions for collecting log files in bug report
 template

Updated the bug report issue template to include step-by-step instructions for users to collect and attach log files from the appropriate directory on Windows, macOS, and Linux. This will help streamline the debugging process by ensuring relevant logs are provided.
