Add Turkish localization and update language support

Added Turkish translations in languages/tr.json and updated all other language files to include Turkish in the language selection. Updated format table color logic in ytsage_gui_format_table.py to recognize Turkish quality terms. Also updated ytsage_localization.py to include Turkish in the default language list.
