Added a new Simplified Chinese translation file (zh.json) and updated all language files to include Chinese as a selectable language. Updated format quality color logic in the format table to recognize Chinese quality terms, ensuring proper color coding for quality labels in the UI. Also updated the localization manager to include Chinese in the language selection.
