Add a new "save_playlist" entry (placeholder "Save Playlist As") to multiple locale JSON files (ar, de, es, fr, hi, id, it, ja, pl, pt, ru, tr, zh) to provide a translation key for saving playlists. Also adds the required trailing commas when inserting the new entries.
