Mohamed e32bb6ace5 Update Windows build workflow for pyproject and asset paths 
Switch pip cache and install to use pyproject.toml instead of requirements.txt. Update cx_Freeze setup to use a new entry point, adjust included packages and asset paths to reflect new project structure, and update icon path.
