  A helper's panel: a subagent running as a background job, followed beside
  the conversation (spec 2.0.0). The LLeMbas CLI lets you enter a subagent
  from `/jobs`; this is the same view, in the slot the inspector and the
  other panels share -- a child of .shell, `hidden` until a row in the jobs strip
  opens it, closed like the others.

  Empty until a helper is chosen: the strip's Follow button fetches that job's
  transcript into `#jobpanel-body`, and app.js opens the panel when the swap
  lands. Nothing is fetched for a panel nobody opened.
