Translate dialogue batch 3: Orbital Probe Cannon (Phase 5)

50 Nomai lines: Construction Yard cyclones (Conoy, Spire, Cassava),
building and firing the cannon (Cassava, Daz, Mallow, Privet, Avens,
Yarrow), the "search for the Eye -> send a probe" decision, and the
cannon's damage-report / launch-log system text. Excluded the Hearthian
cyclone/island dialogue (belongs to the travelers batch).

Avens masculine, Ramie feminine (recorded in glossary). Preserved
<TimeMinutes>/<TimeSeconds> tokens, the hugging color tag in 1293, and
the "on the other appendage" Nomai hand-joke. Glossary terms applied
(Orbitálne delo sondy, Stavenisko, Modul sledovania sondy, ...).

Verified: XML well-formed; keys identical; only these 50 values changed;
markup/token parity on all; ship log/UI/rest byte-unchanged; mod builds.
