Add first-draft glossary (Phase 4)

docs/glossary.md: lock tone/register (informal ty) and propose Slovak
renderings for proper nouns and recurring terms — peoples, celestial
bodies, story/artifacts, and UI/tools. Confident rows marked locked;
debatable ones flagged for the Slovak review pass. Mark Phase 4 in
progress in PLAN.md.
