Translate dialogue batch 5: Sun Station + memory statues (Phase 5)

61 Nomai lines: the Sun Station build debate (Idaea, Pye, Ramie, Poke),
Pye's supernova/"gas" humor, the firing/activation orders, the failure
aftermath (Yarrow, Pye), and the memory statues + masks (Phlox, Daz,
Yarrow, Ramie, Oeno, Root). Idaea masculine. Preserved the countdown
tokens in 1304 (<RemainingMinutes>, <MinutesToRedGiant>, ...) plus \n,
and <TimeMinutes>/<TimeSeconds> in 1962; kept the "third eye" Nomai
detail and the gas/supernova jokes.

Verified: XML well-formed; keys identical; only these 61 values changed;
markup/token parity; ship log/UI/rest byte-unchanged; mod builds.
