The working notes, the roadmap, the glossary and the review notes are on the
wiki; README points there. assets/Translation.xml stays -- it is the mod.
1.0.0: both the base game and Echoes of the Eye are translated, which was the
whole goal. manifest.json said 0.1.0 because nothing had ever changed it.
